Gmail & Google Account Data
When you connect your Gmail account to Whizfolio CRM, we collect the following:
- Your Gmail email address — to identify your connected account
- OAuth access tokens — to enable Gmail functionality within the CRM
- Incoming email content — only to display replies from your contacts within the CRM inbox
- Sent email records — only to display sent history within the CRM
We do not collect, store, or access any Gmail data beyond what is strictly necessary to provide CRM email features.

3. Google API & Gmail Data Disclosure
Whizfolio's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Protect Your Gmail Data
- We do not sell, share, or transfer Gmail data obtained through Google APIs to any third parties
- Gmail data is used solely to provide email communication features within Whizfolio CRM
- We do not use Gmail data for advertising or marketing purposes
- We do not allow humans to read your Gmail data unless required by law or with your explicit permission
- Our access to Gmail data is strictly limited to what is needed to operate the CRM email features you have enabled
Data Retention & Deletion
OAuth tokens and Gmail connection data are stored securely and are permanently deleted when you disconnect your Gmail account from Whizfolio CRM. You may disconnect at any time from the Integrations tab in your CRM settings.
Revoking Gmail Access
You can revoke Whizfolio CRM's access to your Gmail account at any time by:
- Going to the Integrations tab in your Whizfolio CRM settings and clicking Disconnect Gmail, or
- Visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing Whizfolio CRM from your connected apps
4. Data Security
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Whizfolio uses industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure token storage to protect your data. While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
5. Log Files & Cookies
Whizfolio follows a standard procedure of using log files and cookies. These files log visitors when they visit our platform. This is part of our hosting services analytics. Information collected includes IP addresses, browser type, date and time stamps, and referring pages. This information is used to analyze trends and administer the site and is not linked to personally identifiable information.
6. Third-Party Privacy Policies
Whizfolio's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. We advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party services for more detailed information. Our platform may use the following third-party services:

- Supabase — for secure data storage and authentication
- Stripe — for payment processing
7. Account Termination & Data Deletion
If you close or terminate your Whizfolio account, your personal data and any connected Gmail OAuth tokens will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.
8. Children's Privacy
Whizfolio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove that information.
